CSA 2025 - Week #17 (A)

OCTOBER 8, 9 & 10

The winter squash harvest has begun! While it has felt like summer for the past few days, colder weather is coming. In the next few weeks we’ll be harvesting all of our winter squash, potatoes and sweet potatoes. You’ll find them in your shares in the coming weeks!

Have a beautiful week, friends!

Harrow Sweet Pears

Ripening tips: To ripen Harrow sweet pears, leave them at room temperature on your counter, which will take about 4-7 days. To check for ripeness, gently press the pear's neck with your thumb; if it yields to the pressure, the pear is ripe and ready to eat.
