The Market Blog

At the Market - September 22-24, 2017

One of our most popular winter squash is here! Butternut Squash is both sweet & nutty; often compared to pumpkin but much less stringy. Butternut can be roasted, sauteed, mashed or pureed into soup.  We also have all 3 varieties of Kale back!
