E-MAIL ISSUES WITH G-MAIL - ARE YOU RECEIVING OUR FARM E-MAIL NOTICES?
It has come to our attention that many members using Gmail accounts are not receiving our farm e-mails. You should be receiving regular e-mails from us after you submit your contract/payment and weekly newsletters once the season begins. If you have not, please contact the farm office to confirm that we have your correct e-mail on file. Apparently Gmail now automatically files some e-mails under the "Promotions" tab and not in the mail "Inbox". We think this may be the problem. Please read this article and scroll to the bottom for instruction on re-directing e-mails from us to your Inbox. http://kb.mailchimp.com/delivery/deliverability-research/about-gmail-tabs

INFORMATION ON BERRIES....
For the first time this season, we are purchasing Certified Organic blueberries to include in the vegetable shares. These berries come from a Certified Organic organic berry farm in NJ. We decided to do this after discontinuing our own pre-picked strawberries in the shares due to the high labor time required to pick them. We are always thinking about increasing the value of the CSA program for members...so you'll receive blueberries in the shares and a free quart of U-Pick strawberries at the farm! Sounds pretty good, right? We think so.
U-PICK STRAWBERRIES - Members Only!
Due to the high labor costs of picking berries, we are going to let you do the work and we'll focus on growing and harvesting a wider variety of veggies for you! Each vegetable share member will receive a free quart of UPick berries. Come on out to the farm in June and pick to your heart's content! (First quart is free, each additional quart you pick is $4.50.)
