CSA 2019 - Week #15

More tomatoes this week!  I've included several recipes below that are a great way to preserve your tomatoes for later in the season.  This is the time of year what you should be "putting away" the harvest.  The counters in our farmhouse kitchen are piled high with beautiful produce waiting to be canned, jarred, roasted and frozen for the fall and winter.
Coming next week....winter squash!

SAVE THE DATE!  Our CSA Harvest Festival will take place on Sunday, October 20th from 11am-3pm here at the farm in Riverhead.
Hope to see you there!

Have a great week, friends!
